The calendar declares that Fall is clearly on the way, but around here, the weather seems to have other ideas. While friends in the Midwest and the North are experiencing cooler temps and cozy sweaters already, we are still dying daily in the 90’s here.
So, until the cooler weather hits here for us in the deep south, I’ll go on pretending to feel cooler air and playing along with Fall fashion that fits more with our local climate.
Never mind my trusty photographer and I are melting out here in the elements. Working hard for the
money fashion around here, you guys.
So, it’s no big surprise that animal prints come out in full force in the fall and winter months. I look forward to them every year! I wanted to keep my leopard print light and breezy for these still hot days, so I made these olive leopard shorts as an answer to our weather dilemma. Keeping it light and airy in a white cotton button-down and a wide metallic gold belt turned out to be just what I was looking for as a pairing with this print.
These heels are quickly becoming my go-to shoes ever since they landed on my doorstep a few weeks back. A comfortable and strappy heel. Perfecto.
And because I seem to love adding a bit of sparkle to most of my looks, I opted to throw in this little sequin gold clutch and tassel necklace. I love the look and feel of adding metallic gold elements to an ensemble.
