I’ve always felt that there’s nothing quite like crisp, bright whites in the spring. After a season of all dark colors, it’s so nice to break out something lighter in texture and color.

I’ve teamed up with SoSis Boutique again today to share a great shift dress option for the warmer months ahead. My first thought when I saw this piece in their shop is how perfect it would be for Easter or for graduates, come May. The sleeve lace up detail is right on trend and yet, unique at the same time(most lace up tops and dresses right now have the lace up detail going down the front).

I’ve always had a love for great textured fabrics and I really like the crochet overlay on this one. It adds a ton of interest to what could have ended up being an otherwise plain white dress.

We decided to style it with the color of the moment: blush. If you don’t already own a small crossbody bag for spring, I really recommend grabbing one. This vegan leather version with tassel is less than $60 and would be great for pairing up with lots of different looks this spring and summer.

If you’re a local reader here in the Baton Rouge area, be sure to stop by the new SoSis Boutique storefront just off the bridge in Port Allen and see what’s new for spring! Annie Claire and Chelsea are super sweet and will help you with anything you need! (And go ahead and grab you a yummy drink over at CC’s Coffee just next door while you’re there!)

And if you’re not local, that’s totally ok too! You can ALWAYS shop 24/7 in their online shop as well!

Thanks so much for stopping by the blog tonight, ladies!
