Yesterday I promised you leopard prints and vests. And I’m a woman of my word if nothing else. So, today, I’m mixing it all up with this colorful look for fall. If print mixing is your thing, you’ve come to the right place. Let’s take a quick inventory, shall we?
Monogrammed leopard clutch. Check.
Fall stripe vest. Check.
Pink gingham. Check.
Distressed denim. Check.
Gang’s all here.
I love these early fall days when it’s cool enough to wear layers on top, but you can still get away with pairing it with a neutral caged chunky bootie like this one.
That sounded a little weird. You get what I’m saying. I’ll move on.
You may recognize the look of this vest if you’re a jcrew
addict enthusiast. It was crazy popular last year and by the looks of it, it will be again this year. Well, I missed the striped vest boat last year and kicked myself the rest of the season for not taking the plunge and scouring ebay for one after they had sold out. Fast forward to this summer, when I randomly scrolled past this very similar beauty being sold via an Instagram post by an online boutique. BAM! I made her mine that very instant.
So the moral of that story is that if you end up missing out on something awesome, something else just as good or better just might come along. Hang in there. Oh, and get on Instagram if you’re not already there and addicted to it like the rest of the fashion-loving world! You never know what you might find there!
