Good morning! Hope you had a great 4th of July holiday with family and friends yesterday. We did some swimming, yummy eating, afternoon napping and ended the day with way too many fireworks with the neighborhood kids. A successful holiday!
Today I wanted to share another edition of my Wishlist Wednesday with you. This one is inspired by my current home office revamp project that I’m in the middle of right now. I have too many bare walls for my liking and I’ve been on the hunt for things to finish off the space with. Once I get everything close to finished up, I plan to share the space with you guys.
Now hear this…
Two more important pieces of business…..(1) the BIG annual Nordstrom sale is coming up next week(first week is early bird access for Nordstrom cardholders…the debit card option counts!) This is the ONLY sale that introduces NEW merchandise(hello, Fall!) AND puts it ON SALE!! Seriously, it’s bananas!!
I try to use it as an opportunity to stock up on the must-have basics(boots, booties, jeans, sweaters, etc.). I’ll be staying up into the wee hours to scope out my top picks with you as soon as the sale goes live, so stay tuned for that! In the meantime, be sure to enter to win our giveaway at the bottom of THIS POST for a chance to win a $1,000 Nordstrom giftcard just in time to spend during the sale!
The card is key…
(2) The second piece of business involves that early bird access I mentioned above. The first week of the Nordstrom sale is without a doubt THE busiest portion of the sale with the VERY best selections available.
Nordstrom cardholders get to be the very first to shop the sale that first week! If you’re not into credit cards(that’s me), you can also opt for the debit card, as it counts for early access as well. If you don’t already have one, you have until July 9th to apply and have that ready to use for the sale on the 13th. I don’t recommend credit or debit cards often at all, but this is one time where I feel the rewards are well worth it!
