Quick and easy sweet and salty treat to gift or bring to any holiday occasion.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare a sheet pan with tin foil. Heavily butter the foiled pan.
Lay out crackers side by side covering entire tray. Set aside.
Add brown sugar and butter to a saucepan. Stir continuously over medium heat. Bring to a boil for four minutes.
Pour mixture over prepared crackers and spread out, covering all crackers.
Bake for 5 minutes in 350 degree oven.
Remove fro oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over brown sugar mixture. Using a spatula, spread out melted chocolate chips, covering whole pan.
Add chopped pecans to the top, covering whole pan.
Let set for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Break into pieces and store in a covered container.
