December 3rd, you guys! The holidays for here! How are you coping with the schedules and to-do lists so far? Crazy how fast it seems to pop up, right?

Guys, I know this isn’t rocket science, but I find it my VERY biggest challenge when it comes to the holidays. My intentions are always good and I vow to stay on top of everything, but then the snowball effect starts to happen and I panic. It might sound overboard, but honestly, sit down with your December calendar and mark all the important events, parties, etc. Then give yourself a to-do list WITH a timeline to keep you on track. Be sure to add in a little time cushion for each task because, well, life happens, right?

Whenever I feel like my life situation is bringing on the stress for whatever reason, I often find that those are the times that I’m not maintaining my normal daily routine. Will variations to the schedule happen this month? Darn right they will! BUT, try to stick to the things that you normally do as best you can. Being mindful about that always helps me no matter what time of the year it is, honestly.
