Happy Valentine’s Day, you guys! Hope you’re having a great one so far. Between church, brunch and a quick run to the bookstore, it’s nearly 5 o’clock already! Where does the day go?
We did a little more low key Valentine’s Day with our boys today and skipped the big romantic dinner out(hubby is not a fan of restaurants on busy holidays and I can’t really say that I am either) and just did brunch today after church with our boys. But, had we done something just the two of us, I likely would have worn this pretty lace number with the cutout back detail. The color blush and lace are such a perfect combination to me and I love a little leopard thrown in the mix for some spice.
If you follow along with me much here on the blog, you know I’m a sucker for a cute pair of sunnies(blame it on a pair of eyes that always want to blink during photos, sigh…). While I do love pulling out the designer versions some days, I have no qualms about wearing a great looking inexpensive pair as well, which is what I love about these. Cute style, great price and very comfortable. I love the darker tortoise and round lens shape. Highly recommend.
Enjoy your night, ladies! I’m still debating on whether or not to torture my sweetie tonight with The Notebook or not. Ha! Speaking of which, have you heard they are working on The Notebook tv series?? Now I admit that it would nearly impossible to recreate that Gosling/McAdams magic, but I’d certainly be up for giving it a try!
